Privacy notice and cookies

This notice explains how Hamar Glass processes personal data when you use this website and send us an inquiry.
Who we are

What data we collect
- Inquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, your message, and any files you attach.
- Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to protect the form against abuse (rate limiting and a bot check). We do not build visitor profiles.
- Visit statistics: aggregated page-view statistics through Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
Why we use it
- To answer your inquiry, prepare an offer and carry out the work you request (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).
- To keep the website and our email secure and free of spam (our legitimate interest).
- To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used (our legitimate interest).
Who receives it
We use service providers that process data on our behalf: Resend (sending the confirmation email), Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Cloudflare (Turnstile bot check) and our email hosting provider (Sybell), where inquiries arrive in our mailbox. Some of them may process data outside Serbia and the EU, based on the safeguards they provide (such as standard contractual clauses).
Files you attach go only to our office. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is needed to carry out a contract or is required by law (for example, accounting rules). After that they are deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you;
- have it corrected or erased;
- restrict or object to its processing;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent, where processing is based on consent.
Write to office@hamar-glass.com. You may also complain to the supervisory authority: in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs); if you are in the EU, your national data protection authority.
